Personal data security policy
The administrator of your personal data is the Krakowski Park Technologiczny sp. z o.o. (Kraków Technology Park), with the registered seat in Kraków, ul. Podole 60, 30-394 Kraków, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000058058, NIP 675-11-57-834, with share capital of PLN 17,567,000.00, hereafter also referred to as the KPT.
The purpose of processing your personal data is to establish or maintain business relations between you and the KPT, direct marketing of KPT products and/or services, and to send commercial information as construed by the Polish Act on electronic services, should you have agreed to receive them.
The legal grounds for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 section 1 a), b), c) or e) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The categories of your personal data we process are personal data that you have delivered directly (or have been provided on your behalf) as well as personal data that have been collected from publicly available sources, in particular: first, last and middle names, e-mail addresses, contact telephone numbers, and addresses for correspondence.
The recipient of your personal data are KPT employees and partners. Your personal data will be stored and processed until you request for them to be removed or their processing to be limited, object to their processing, and/or request their transfer.
Personal data stored for the purposes of sending commercial information and direct marketing will be stored and processed for a period of 10 years or until you withdraw your consent to their processing, request to remove or limit their processing, object to their processing and/or request their transfer.
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify and/or delete them, and limit their processing; you also have the right to object to the processing and to transfer data.
Having expressed your consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the legality of the processing.
