SINGU, a new brand from Europe’s leading property management company
Velis Real Estate Tech, a Polish technology company specialising in innovative property management solutions, has officially rebranded and changed its name to SINGU. This strategic move, aimed at strengthening the company’s position as a European leader in commercial property management, marks an important milestone in the company’s 15-year history. The company has been a tenant at the Krakow Technology Park since 2015.
A leading position in Europe
The adoption of the name SINGU – inspired by the company’s flagship property management platform – is a key element of the company’s long-term strategy, which aims to establish a leading position in the European property technology sector. The new brand reflects an integrated vision and advanced technologies that offer users worldwide better, more automated and efficient solutions.
‘SINGU is now the standard in our industry,’ says Paweł Malon, CEO of SINGU.
‘Over 100,000 users have placed their trust in our platform, and the rebranding will allow us to collaborate even more effectively with our partners by eliminating any confusion regarding the brand. This will enable us to focus fully on our continued growth in Europe,’ he adds.
New brand, same mission
Although the company will continue to use Velis Real Estate Tech as its administrative name, SINGU is becoming its main operational brand. The refreshed visual identity includes a new logo, typefaces and marketing materials, inspired by a blend of the heritage of both Velis and the SINGU platform. The new logo retains key elements of the original identity whilst introducing a modern aesthetic and a new colour palette.
Innovative solutions on a global scale
SINGU offers comprehensive solutions for commercial property management, including modules supporting ESG reporting and automated access control. The company currently manages over 200 million square metres of space across 30 countries and serves more than 500 corporate clients. These include global brands such as CBRE, Panattoni, Logicor, Savills, ECE and many others.
Technologies of the future
Based on a SaaS model and advanced AI analytics, SINGU also integrates IoT sensors
and building security management systems, offering state-of-the-art tools for optimising operations in the commercial property sector. These technological innovations not only improve management efficiency but also contribute to sustainable development by monitoring and reducing environmental impact.
The way forward
Rebranding is not just a name change, but also a symbolic step towards further expansion and the refinement of the solutions the company offers. SINGU is committed to growing and strengthening its position in European markets, with a focus on delivering state-of-the-art property management technologies.
