Price list

Thanks to the de minimis/public aid we can grant to start-ups working with us, you will receive the following rent reduction, with the basic rate being PLN 47 net per m²:

1st year of occupancy – 80% reduction in rent
2nd year of occupancy – 65% reduction in rent
3rd year of occupancy – 50% reduction in rent

Utilities, electricity and other service charges are to be added to the rent.

Services included:

• basic internet access package, including a dedicated wireless network available throughout the building,
• fully equipped chill-out room (TV, Xbox Series X, table football)
• 24-hour security and CCTV,
• reception with tenant support,
• a postbox for each company,
• showers for cyclists and runners,
• secure bicycle parking near the main entrance and in the car park.
