Office spaces in the incubator
The offices in the incubator range from 16 m² to 35 m². They are situated in the building of the KPT in Kraków’s district of Ruczaj at ul. Podole 60.

The standard of finishing of our offices
- full furnishing (desks, chairs, lockers)
- suspended ceiling
- wall-to-wall carpeting
- lighting, air conditioning, ventilation
- optic fibre (standard option: 1Gbps, to be expanded to 10Gbps at request)
- dedicated wireless networks.
Price list
Thanks to the de minimis/public aid that we can grant the start-ups cooperating with us with the reduction of rent, whose basic rate is PLN 47 a month per square metre, net of tax:
- 1st year of the stay – 90% rent reduction
- 2nd year of the stay – 75% rent reduction
- 3rd year of the state – 60% rent reduction.
The rent does not include operating fees, electricity, and utilities.

- safe spaces for parking your bike next to the main entrance and in the car park

Services included in the price
- restaurant (Olimp) in the building
- Pan Kanapka (Polish for Mr Sandwich) in the lobby at 8am every day
- vending machines with sweets and coffee
- quarterly breakfasts for the tenants
- roofed parking space for bikes.
